Hotel superior room is bigger compared to other hotel in the area, clean and comfortable, bedsheets are high quality. The location is very quiet and convenient to great coffee shops, shopping, restaurants etc..

My whole experience was great from check in to check out. Front desk staff was amazing at being able to communicate with me in English. They were also very thorough in explaining the amenities offered on this property. Once I got to my room I was so happy to see how clean and spacious the room was. The bathroom was spotless, the room was sound proof and the bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. Additionally the breakfast staff was so friendly and the food tasted amazing. I would highly recommend staying here.

This place was so great that we decided to stay an extra night. It's located on a quiet street, but walking distance to pretty much most of attractions in the center of the city. The room had everything to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. Hotel had a luxurious vibe going for it. Customer service was very friendly and helpful.

The staff were extremely helpful, the room had all the amenities, the location was insane! We loved Kobe and Luminous is right at the heart of Sannomiya.

Location is very close to the main station (but not the Shinkansen station), many shops and facilities. There is a 7/11 convenience store almost opposite. Our De Luxe twin room was large and very pleasant, with a large window and natural light. Worth the extra payment if you have a longer stay to get the space.comfy hote

Good location 3 blocks from main station, 3 blocks from Chinatown, across the street from a large 7-Eleven. Everything in room worked perfectly. Front desk was friendly and helpful, but little English. Room was super clean and nicely refreshed daily.

Everything felt luxurious. Staff was very helpful even when we arrived late at night. Room was very spacious, beds really comfortable, bathroom super big. The view spectacular. Big TV. Check-in really smooth. After having to cancel a booking in another place it was amazing to find this place at the last minute. It exceeded my expectations.

I was happy to find this clean and modern hotel situated in a nice part of town . It was on a quiet road, perfect for a good nights sleep. Easy to walk around Kobe, near the harbor with plenty of restaurants. It was so nice I booked another night.
